The Vindagua logo

When I took on the Lead Designer position, Vindagua was still stretching and settling into its new minimal brand identity. Our style guide includes the Futura Medium typeface for story headlines as well as the logo itself. Vindagua was already recognizable around campus with the new Futura typeface, but an actual logo had yet to be created. By adjusting kerning and the position of the capital V drop cap, the new Vindagua logo was born. Even though the changes i made were slight, these small details make a huge difference in the professionalism of the Vindagua brand.
